QIRC is a Qt4-based C++ class library that provides connectivity to
Internet Relay Chat (IRC) servers.

 * Linux (Ubuntu 64bit) - gcc
 * NetBSD 5.x (i386) - gcc
 * Windows Vista (Ultimate x64) - Visual Studio 2010
