Updated `tasks.json` to include "npm: start" and "npm: test" tasks with TypeScript problem matchers. Changed `BuildOutputFolder` in `MLS.MatLidStoreUI.esproj` and removed several folder includes. Added `MatLidStore.slnLaunch` for "Full Debug" setup including `MLS.Api` and `MLS.MatLidStoreUI`.
