We don't currently push the main branch to the live instance (https://insights.penumbra.zone). We do automatically build a container, and tacking on a deploy job based on that, similar to penumbra-zone/dex-explorer#90, would take <1h of work. Holding off on that for now, because we don't expect rapid changes here, but if we start pushing commits and expecting updates, then I'll tack it on.

ci: add auto-deploy workflow

We're already building the container on merge into main. There have been
a few fix-up commits pushed recently that would be nice to ship
automatically, so let's bounce the deployment, pulling the new
container, on merge into main.
