Troubleshooting
- Review log files under logs/ directories (for server under profiles/P*/logs )
- Review README.MD file in distribution
- Review Appendix H in the Admin guide (https://pc2ccs.github.io/docs/pc2v9AdminGuide.pdf or doc/pc2v9AdminGuide.pdf in the distribution)
The most likely cause is that the server is not running.
Second is that the module does not have network access to the pc2 server.
For WTI logins, it may be a NAT issue. See the admin guide section "Setting Up the WTI" for instructions about how to use wtiOverridePublicIP.
