This brings Exoskeleton up to date with jashkenas/backbone#3003.
Instead of the
useNativeflag, simply extend from a view that uses native methods (like Backbone.NativeView). Instead of akeepOldflag todelegateEvents, simply delegate more with a direct call toview.delegate.
