Working version running up to refactored code on 05/03.

Full epimap model, with metapop fluxes estimated using Census 2011 commuter flow, prior GP with spatiotemporal kernel (fixed length scales, 20 km and 100 days) and local kernel. Serial interval and incubation periods from median estimates.
