normalisation for flag_ants. This implementation supports flags both from caltable and that supplied using flag_ants keyword. For each channel and polarisation, the function will take a union of the antennas flagged in the caltable and that passed using flag_ants. The gains will be normalised using these antennas only.
adding ant_list inputs to control.
