What does this PR do?
Test showing lines-and-columns@^1.1.6 always installs the wrong version.
1.2.0which is deprecated and not he latest semver matching version.1.2.4.This PR does not include a fix. I can probably pick up Zig, but I don't know where the bug is occurring.
