MongoDb probe app

Description

Sample mongodb app. Based on spring boot + mongodb starter + opentelemetry starter. Packaged as:

• a cloudfoundry compatible jar
• an OCI image
• a helm chart for convenient k8s deployment of the image with adapter config (mongodb uri, otel endpoint)
