Looking through some logs it seems as though the logic to detect duplicated services has malfunctioned.

example:

 mapping hostname server.company to ip 100.64.0.134
 mapping hostname server.company to ip 100.64.0.135
 mapping hostname server.company to ip 100.64.0.174

This will break all but the last service mapped and needs to be fixed asap.
