This should be squashed to one commit. The commit should start from a prefix luci-base: .
Links to this files also should be changed.
It looks like you made all from the GitHub interface but unfortunately here it's needed to clone code and edit it.
Also if you create a PR then you'll need to mention an issue like Fixes: #7645.
I asked on a forum if the author is not against to use his icons.
