Describe the bug
Dashboard is the base page, from which all breadcrumbs grow. Having a breadcrumb stating 'dashboard' which just refreshes that page and is just above the page title of 'dashboard' is repetitive, confusing and serves no useful function. This breadcrumb should be removed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to dashboard

Expected behaviour
no breadcrumb on dashboard (like having no link to a homepage on the homepage.
