Describe the bug
After submitting a journal article, if a submitting author views it from their dashboard, they will see options to Edit Identifies or Add DOIs.

Janeway version
1.5.0 / 1.4.6

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log into Janeway Press and submit a new article to a journal
  2. After submitting the article, return to author dashboard, find the article in the list, and click View Status
  3. Scroll down to Identifiers
  4. See options to "Edit" or "Add DOI"

Expected behavior
Submitting author would not see options to Edit or Add DOI under Identifiers.

(n.b. the author receives a "Permission denied" error message if they click either link, so this isn't a big risk right now, just a point of confusion for authors.)
