The current Janeway version is displayed in the press manager, but often users who don't interact with the press manager page very often don't know / remember that. So we could add it to the journal manager page to make it easier for people to track development updates on their own installations.

Provisionally adding to 1.4.3--this is needed so editors can better keep track of their own current installed version and track the progress of promised features in relation to it
