Option to show/hide reviewer's decision separately from other feedback

"Would it be possible to have an option to show or not show a reviewers decision? We have lots of variation in the actual decisions reviewers make (despite the fact that the feedback can be very aligned) and would like to be able to show the feedback without the decisions. "

Describe the solution you'd like
I have no experience with the reviewing tools/interfaces, but presumably we can just add some sort of toggle when sending review-related emails to the authors, that allows editors to choose "Show decision" or "Hide decision" while still sharing the actual feedback.
