Set penOptionHeight on polygons and height on circles to force 3D positioning by Cesium. Otherwise, these geometries were drawn on the ellipsoid. The Point and Line geometries do not need this workaround and were already working. Some vectors.js geometries were modified with 3D data to show the new capalility.
