In the configuration, the different options for flow control are encoded by 0, 1, and 2. Those values are now available as constants in the binding. Signed-off-by: Henning Sudbrock <[email protected]>

In the configuration, the different options for flow control are encoded by 0, 1, and 2. With this PR these values are available as constants in the binding. These constants are usful for PRs like, e.g., #179, where flow control is set in discovery results.
