Decided against. We can always introduce minor version specific artifacts in the future and turn the major version artifact into an empty artifact referencing them. |

In addition to the change in #11815, this also updates the embedded version naming scheme to match.
Renames two artifacts:
opentelemetry-autoconfigure-spring-boot-2→opentelemetry-spring-boot-autoconfigure-2.7opentelemetry-autoconfigure-spring-boot-3→opentelemetry-spring-boot-autoconfigure-3.0I think these match our naming scheme for base version support better (we always mention major.minor).
