Docs: Changes in Admin Guide & How-to Guides home page #14374

Describe your changes:

  1. In the Admin Guide, some images were missing in docs. Corrected the image folder name to fix the issue.
  2. Renamed the admin-guide-roles-policies folder to roles-policies (this does not seem to affect anything). Renamed to maintain naming consistency.
  3. How-to Guides tab moved next to Deployment (Also moved the Release details in the Menu file as the earlier order was incorrect)
  4. How to Guides - Overview section removed from both v1.2 and v1.1
