UI: introduce search for pipeline tasks statuses

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Pipelines may be complicated and consist of tens or dozens of tasks. Also, there may be mixed workloads like ingestion/maintenance/metadata operations in a single pipeline. For users interested in the status of a specific task or task type, it may be handy to introduce search functionality for task statuses.
