In the approval workflow, when a term is added and Activity Fedds & Tasks is clicked, the page goes to an incorrect link. We didn't find any request address for /activity_fedds/ in the code。

@gzusgw - Hi can you provide steps or a video of how you get into this error.
I verified on sandbox and it is working fine for me.
