I recreated my cluster yesterday and found that cilium cannot be started on the new cluster. It probably requires placing CNI files in /opt/cni/bin and /etc/cni/net.d during bootstrap. |

As I know this works with the previous paths I feel it's safe to revert and maybe debug what is the root cause
