Description: inicio del formulario con el componente Formulario y tres campos: username, email, password.

I Want: Quisiera dar el inicio a los forms en el front con esta maquetacion y ver que camino seguimos

Para tener en cuenta hice modificaciones en el archivo App.css e Index.css, deberiamos hacer un commit borrando todo lo que no se va a usar, como la carpeta Example dentro de Componentes.
