awaiting data to populate questions and answers from departments
still need to add links to answers questions might be updated afterwards
added links to articles that answer the questions in the question blocks added horizontal scroll functionality to question blocks when more are added to future-proof sections that have a lot of blocks. thanks to Stephanie Eckles for getting me started with the scroll snapping (https://smolcss.dev/#smol-scroll-snap)
