YouTube Comments Scrapper

Description

A script to scrape comments from a list of YouTube video ids using youtube-comment-downloader.

Requirements

• pip install -r requirements.txt
  • youtube-comment-downloader (https://pypi.org/project/youtube-comment-downloader/)
  • Pandas (https://pypi.org/project/pandas/)
  • Openpyxl (https://pypi.org/project/openpyxl/)

Use

• Download script or use Colab;
• Create a directory called "comments" and make sure the script can write to it;
• Modify commentsScrapper.py with your CSV filename;
• Run the script;
• Enjoy!
