Docs: attempt to fix broken Ppx_lwt page

NOTE: This commit will be amended. Base any branches on its parent! Problem introduced in 3f3112a. The blank line after "{v" is necessary to cause wikidoc to produce the needed WikiCreole markup. The same is true of the single space preceding "v}". [skip ci]
