Closes #300
Changes proposed in this PR:

  • subgraph.yaml moved to scripts. It's going to be a template,all subgraphs are generated using ./scripts/generatenetworkssubgraphs.js [optional_network_name]
  • resume tests
  • use development for local actions (instead of npm deploy:barge )
  • add Docker support so our Barge can deploy the subgraph
