I just added this quick, but tested and the voices work

Replugged is currently in the process of being basically rewritten due to replugged-org/replugged#205, and I'm not sure how much support I'll be willing to provide to those who have decided to continue to use old versions of it via Displunger or similar. I'll merge this anyways, since there's no real harm in doing it, but I'm not sure how much of the codebase would remain post-rewrite.

Ya, I don't know what they are doing also. I am currently using Displunger to stay on an old version that supports Replugges so I can use this and other plugins.

I suggest you make something that will allow you to send text as an mp3

I'm not sure how useful that would be and that's also a little out of scope; but I'm willing to give it a try sometime in the future
