Please describe the change you are making
This PR updates go-ovirt-client to v3.0.0-alpha1 in order to work around OCPBUGS-6586 and set the initial size of the disk to the file size of the QCOW being updated.
This PR will be followed by a final PR once 3.0.0 proper is released.
