This extension adds a new widget to the dashboard module which displays the latest TYPO3 security news.
This only works with TYPO3 v10.3 as the widget registration was reworked afterwards.
If you are using a composer based TYPO3 project just run composer require o-ba/t3security_news_widget.
You can download and install the extension in the extension manager module or download the ZIP file from typo3.org and upload it in the extension manager module.
This extension is intended as an example extension for adding a custom widget including a custom widget group in TYPO3. This widget is available in the core since this patch.
