fix: vim.str_byteindex argument order

Description

The recently added shim, didn't call vim.str_byteindex with right arguments.

This change fixes that.

LSP + Telescope work again with this change.
I just called require('telescope.builtin').lsp_definitions.

I don't think this is correct.

Are you sure that your nightly neovim at is HEAD
