More Features

Implemented some features and fixes (#21)

Features and Additions:
* Added sudo to 'put' so that files can be uploaded not as root
* Added ignoring of warnings from crypto libs
* Updated the requirements file to be better
* Added a set connection to the manager so that cons can be overwritten

Bug Fixes
* Fixed issue where sudo lectures could break send_sudo
* Fixed shebang in detonate
