Clarifies a couple of behaviours of DatabaseSync#function():

  • "A variable number of arguments" is ambiguous; makes explicit the fact that this allows SQLite to call the function with any number of arguments in the range 0 .. SQLITE_MAX_FUNCTION_ARG.
  • Sets out the conditions governing the function return value.
