doc: move [email protected] to emeritus

I have not contributed to Node.js in a couple of years. While I would love to continue doing so, there's not a high likelihood of this happening in the near future. This commit moves my status from collaborator to emeritus. It's been fun! Signed-off-by: Lance Ball <[email protected]>
