I'm not sure what went wrong so will stop now to hopefully keep things from getting more confused. The problem may be in the eMergeR installation. Locally the easiest way to install that library is via devtools: I tried commenting out the install.packages('eMergeR') and the related R code, but it still failed. I also tried adding three little text files (interoception_demoSub1.txt, etc) to the repository which I think will allow them to be read on the fly by the R code. thanks! |
