Removed JavaScript code quality configuration files as everything is currently TypeScript. Added dynamic gulp task loading. Setup build, vetting, cleaning & testing process with gulp (all in TypeScript). Updated TypeScript type definition manifest. Updated NPM package manifest. Now ready to add custom directives!
