slow nextcloud?

I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the issue im having,
Currently i have nextcloud docker working but noticed that its a bit slow not sure why,
how could i troubleshoot the issue?
currently using nginx reverse proxy

then it seemed to update from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0 restarted all the containers

not sure if i should update the container? is there a tool i can use to check the speed for the nextcloud server? currently have 3 users at the moment the idea is to put around 50

So the mastercontainer interface works for you, correct?

There were report that slow Nextcloud may be related to the firewall. See: #580 and #538

quick question on which container would i check when nextcloud is slow when accessing just the URL ?

Multiple containers are involved for Nextcloud.

If you disable all optional addons, it is these 4: nextcloud-aio-redis, nextcloud-aio-database, nextcloud-aio-apacheand nextcloud-aio-nextcloud.

so currently i put all the container to point internally its faster im waiting to confirm with my users
