About the PR

This PR adds the FSB Voidsuits to the Apothecary.

After considerable feedback I reached out to Magnus concerning his reflections on adding a hydroponics system to the Apothecary to add some endurance and expand its general mission. We agreed that it seemed reasonable and as such I incorporated those changes into the design. For persons who don't wish to have the space dedicated thusly you're free to remove it.

Why / Balance

• Add new void suits.
• Add hydro bay to expand reagent endurance and to access medical ingredients.

How to test

Fire it up. Take it out.
