I cant withdrawl from DAO. When sign, shows - Ledger device: unknown error(0x9405). How to fix it? tks

Hi, @zicoghost Could you show your Nervos setting? Is it Addresses for mainnet, Allow sign hash On, Allow Contract data on? If not, could you set these options' values as that and try again? After setting those options on, I send success.
If it also sends failed. Debug information of the native wallet would help us check the status, it can be exported by Menu => Help => Export debug information.

Hi, I have the same issue, and I tried every possible configuration on the Ledger Stick.
My Versions:

• Ledger Nano S Plus
• Ledger Live v. 2.77.2
• Ledger App Nervos 0.5.6
• Neuron Wallet 0.112.0

I can send and confirm transactions with my Ledger from the Neuron Wallet, but I can´t Withdraw my locked CKBs from the Nervos DAO in the Neuron Wallet ;(

Can someone help me please? thx

Sorry for replying late.

This is a known issue that being handled by the ledger team and we are waiting for the response.

Here are 2 tricks that may help

1. Change USB slot, this trick worked for several users;
2. Send a transaction with small amount before the withdrawal;

This error is still being processed and I will ping here once it's fixed.
