So passing build postgres installation dir and parts of build dir complicates and slows down things a lot.

Let's not go in this direction.

## Problem

Running test_pageserver_restarts_under_workload in POR #7275 I get the

The problem is most likely that the following call returned a message in
a read-only memory segment where we cannot replace \n with \0 in
string_utils.c splitLines() function

The problem is most likely that the following call returned a message in
a read-only memory segment where we cannot replace \n with \0 in
string_utils.c splitLines() function
