application_name field can yeild the insights into how neon is used now
it doesn't look like this field has sensitive data, so we can log this and also report to segment

  • add forwarding of the application name from proxy to the console
  • ensure that the console logs and reports this to segment along with the project id, branch id and the rest of the context
