In ontologies_controller[163-166] this:

      if ont_submission.hasOntologyLanguage.nil?
        ont_submission.hasOntologyLanguage = 
               OntologyFormat.find(params["hasOntologyLanguage"])
      end

expects params["hasOntologyLanguage"] which is nil.
