Urban Nature Access NameError when using radii per pop group and exponential kernel #1502

@newtpatrol observed this and mentioned it on slack. When using the sample data, radii defined per pop group and the exponential kernel, the following exception is raised:

Traceback (most recent call last):

NameError: name 'expected_distance' is not defined
