CTF Plugins Changes
- CFS shutdown on Linux logs an error, but does not fail, if no such process is found.
- CFS Plugin macros now require the format #MACRO# instead of #MACRO.
- Fix the 'disable' attribute in function definition.

- Add Troubleshooting & FAQ Guide section.
