Unchanged from GLTFLoader, with the following exceptions:

Excluded deprecated GLTFLoader.Animations stub.
Included myself on the authors list.

This makes GLTF2Loader the default on the viewer demo, but does not mention it publicly in documentation yet.


          Create GLTF2Loader fork.
