update configuration of package manager

Overview

We migrated "npm" configuration to "yarn berry".
Remove node_modules and add ".yarn" folder so that we built zero-install configuration, and started to unit test.
We added more test cases for "store" of "im-sang-tae" and we will add tests for "stateManager".
These changes are for new package "@im-sang-tae/react" and packages that will added someday.
