Lists within data-cards should be in alphabetical order

As a user of the ATT&CK website, I want my view of pages to be as standardized as possible.

In the data-cards of various objects, lists don't appear in any set order. For example on the following two pages the platforms and data-sources are pretty much the same, but the order they are displayed in differs:

• https://attack.mitre.org/techniques/T1002/
• https://attack.mitre.org/techniques/T1022/

We should sort all lists within data-cards alphabetically.
