As a user of the ATT&CK Website, I want the matrix layout to persist across sessions so that I don't have to reselect my favorite layout every time I go to the matrix page.

We should use cookies to store the current layout whenever the user changes the layout. When the matrix page loads, parse cookies and set the previous layout to active.
