Some contributors don't show up in search

As a user of the ATT&CK Website, I want to be able to search for a contributor's name to determine what page they contributed to.

Even though contributors are listed on object pages, sometimes they won't show up in search. Presumably this is because the search indexing algorithm is skipping parsing the contributors line for some reason.

Steps to reproduce:

1. On the main site, search for Jannie Li or just Jannie.
2. It should return the contribute page and T1098, and possibly other pages. However, only the contribute page result is returned even though her name occurs on T1098.
