This was a false statement, since we stopped publishing ToT (for each Git hash) Docker images a long time ago.
I removed next publishing, since its the identical image as the actual v1.45 images so there is no need for it. I saw one usage here, but it seems like only affecting us and we can workaround it. We discourage from using it since ~2 years, so it seems reasonable to just stop publishing it.
